taken form bbc news . . . . [/i] Ride modified after 'nipple complaints'
Complaints about "nipple burn" have led to a redesign of a roller coaster in Lincolnshire. About a dozen women have complained to staff at Fantasy Island, at Ingoldmells, near Skegness, after riding the Jubilee Odyssey coaster. It appears the straps on the safety harnesses provided a bit too much support for some peoples' liking. Engineers have gone to work on the problem and £60,000 has been spent adjusting the harnesses. A spokesman for the amusement park said: "As far as we are concerned, this is a serious situation. "It is a problem that we managed to solve, but not without considerable expense. "This is something that should not have happened, but it did." The roller coaster re-opens this weekend after the winter break. Jubilee Odyssey opened in 2002 as the world's longest suspended roller coaster. news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/2803325.stm
