The website huvipuistogalleria.com has lots of photos of northern & mainland european parks, i came across these great shots of Typhoon at PowerParkI've read somewhere (can't find the site sorry) that this is a technical park ride, however it looks more like the zamperla discovery with outward facing seats to me, can anybody shed any light on what it actually is? whatever it is looks a great ride, really smart in those colours!

It is indeed a Technical Park ride. It was modified from their old ride Street Fighter, which is a direct clone from KMG Afterburner really. The ride was given a few meters extra height, the structure was made with thick tubes and they redid the seats. It's a brilliant ride, but doesn't spin as fast as those Afterburners. (I'm running that website you linked to, thanks for the little advertisement)

No worries Lauri it's an excellent website i've really enjoyed reading it and looking at the great photos
the typhoon looks like a great flat ride, the GCI woodie could tempt me across to visit the park, so hopefully i'll get to try it one day
